Job summary

Covetrus in Wales is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (Field Sales) to grow sales across veterinary practices in the territory. You will manage field visits, calls, and video meetings to promote Covetrus products and services, expanding basket spend and strengthening customer relationships.

You will use CRM tools (Qlik and Salesforce) to map the territory, hit targets and KPIs, and coordinate with teams across divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or veterinary sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; IT literacy with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Territory management: Develop and manage the Wales territory using CRM tools to grow product sales.
• Hit targets and KPIs as set by the National Sales Manager.
• Strategic planning: Implement programs to increase Covetrus market share.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across divisions to generate leads and close deals.
