Job summary

Chanelle Pharma in the UK Animal Health Division is seeking a proactive BDM (Vet South Central) to drive sales and margin targets across a dedicated regional portfolio of veterinary customers. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on relationship management to grow a high-potential mix of large and small accounts.

You will travel within the territory, develop territory business plans, use CRM for performance reporting, and present to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field is desirable.
• Experience in veterinary, animal health or pharmaceutical sales a must.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit objectives in line with targets and product strategies.
• Develop customer journey plans for key accounts including veterinary practices and outlets.
• Create a territory business plan and sales strategy with account segmentation.
• Influence accounts through consultative selling and effective relationship management.
• Maintain CRM records and provide timely performance reports to HQ.
