Job summary

Dechra is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow the West UK territory (Chester, Runcorn, Warrington, Ellesmere Port, Crewe, Nantwich) and support veterinary customers with trusted products and solutions. You will develop territory plans, build lasting relationships with practices and clinics, and work with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer engagement and drive Dechra’s portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales within animal health or veterinary pharmaceuticals is desirable.
• Ability to plan and manage a territory to hit sales targets.
• Clear communication and professional product presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and opportunity identification skills.
• Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM to monitor activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a territory plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Build relationships with veterinary practices, clinics and wholesalers.
• Provide product information and support to customers.
