Job summary

Charlton Vets for Pets is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in a busy practice. You will greet clients and their pets, provide guidance on services, and ensure smooth day-to-day running using our online booking system. You will handle payments, bookings and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

The role requires calm, attentive customer care, enthusiasm and a passion for pets. Previous reception experience is advantageous but not essential, with potential for further development

Qualifications

• Friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets.
• Fully up-to-speed with practice services and additional services available.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and support, manage payments and bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines using online booking system.
• Keep the clinic clean, tidy and organised; feed and monitor in-patients; run clinical tests; manage stock.
