Pets at Home Limited's Charlton Vets for Pets is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy team. This full-time role (40 hours weekly) includes a 1 in 4 weekend rota and a friendly, client-focused environment where you manage bookings, assist with payments and support the clinical team.

You will greet clients and their pets, keep the reception area neat, help with basic tasks and use the online booking system.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial, with a friendly, welcoming approach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to use an online booking system.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and on a 40-hour rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets at the reception and guide them to services.
• Process payments and manage future bookings with confidence.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and keep the reception area clean and tidy.
