Job summary

Medivet Group is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients and colleagues. You will manage reception duties, triage emergencies, update records and support online booking at a busy practice.

The role requires strong numeracy, excellent reception skills and a collaborative, calm approach under pressure. Experience in veterinary reception is desirable and flexibility is valued.

Qualifications

• Client-facing care experience is a must.
• Excellent reception and numeracy skills expected.
• Team player who handles pressure and learning quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on arrival and update records.
• Triage and manage emergency appointments and contacts.
• Maintain the practice diary and optimize online bookings.
• Answer phone calls and manage messages.
• Process repeat prescription requests and collaborate with the team.
• Work 1 in 4 Saturdays at the 24-hour hospital site.
