Gower Veterinary Surgery, part of Linnaeus Veterinary Limited, seeks a Client Care Associate to be the first friendly face for clients. The role involves greeting customers, diary management and handling queries in a busy practice environment. Training and development are encouraged within a supportive team.

Salary is £25,038 per annum for 37.5 hours weekly with varied weekday shifts and Saturday on a rota basis. Benefits include holiday entitlement, CPD, pension and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role within a Veterinary Practice preferable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and registering new customers.
• Booking in customers and diary management.
• Answering the telephone and handling customer queries.
• Managing customer expectations regarding waiting times.
• Processing prescription requests and administration tasks.
• Taking payments and promoting offers and services.
• Ensuring reception and consult areas are clean and presentable.
