Linnaeus’s Gower Veterinary Surgery in Swansea is seeking a Client Care Associate to provide a warm, professional first impression and help manage front-desk activities. You will welcome clients, register new customers, book appointments, answer a range of queries by phone, take payments and promote services, with training and growth opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Associate to join Gower Veterinary Surgery.
Client Care Associates are integral to creating the first impression of our practice. Clients and visitors should be welcomed in a warm, friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Applicants must be friendly and personable, with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer facing role within a Veterinary Practice preferable.
Growth within the role is encouraged and successful applicants will be given further training.
