Job summary

Gower Veterinary Surgery in Swansea is seeking a Client Care Associate to join our team. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week with weekday shifts and Saturday on a rota basis.

You will welcome clients warmly, manage bookings and diary tasks, answer calls and handle payments, while contributing to a friendly, efficient front-of-house experience. We offer training and opportunities for growth along with a comprehensive benefits package, including five weeks holiday, pension, life assurance

• Experience in a customer facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
