Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a Client Care Co-ordinator to welcome clients and ensure a professional, compassionate experience at every interaction. You will support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

  • Deliver a warm, professional and compassionate experience for every client and patient.
  • Manage appointments, telephone enquiries and client communications efficiently.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
  • Support colleagues across the practice to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of reception.
  • Remain calm, organised and professional in a busy and emotionally demanding environment.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern
  • Part-time, 31.5 hours per week
  • Shifts between 8:30am - 7:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Shared Saturday rota with time off in lieu
