Job summary

Medivet & Partners in Somerton is seeking a friendly Client Care Assistant (CCA) to be the first point of contact for clients via phone and in-person visits. You will deliver exceptional care, handle reception duties, update records, and support a busy practice with a calm, professional approach.

You’ll triage emergency appointments, manage the diary, handle messages, and ensure online bookings are available. A collaborative team environment awaits.

Qualifications

Experience in client-facing roles and reception.
Strong numeracy and comfort with online booking systems.
Desirable veterinary receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

Carry out reception duties, greet clients on arrival, and update records.
Triage the impact of emergency appointments and rearrange as needed.
Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability for the team.
Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
Ensure appointment slots are available for online booking.
Process any repeat prescription order requests.
Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
