Job summary

inspiring vet care in Northamptonshire, Abington Park, is seeking a Client Care Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional experience and supporting clinic operations across two sites.

You will manage appointments, enquiries, and client communications, working with veterinary and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth client and patient journey. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service focus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and the clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care.
• Meeting and greeting clients and pets; booking appointments and diary management.
• Handling telephone and email enquiries and taking payments.
• Maintaining a clean and safe space for clients and their pets.
