Een ervaren Teler met oog voor details

• Eindverantwoordelijk voor het managen van de teelten.
• Je werkt nauw samen in een team van telers met innovatieve technologie.
• Je traint, begeleidt en coördineert de activiteiten van werknemers en het stimuleringsprogramma om de arbeidsefficiëntie te verhogen.
• Je bepaalt de hoeveelheden benodigde middelen (personeel, grondstoffen etc.) en zorgt voor tijdige en efficiënte inkoop en naleving van budgetten.
• Je plant en begeleidt onderhoudswerkzaamheden en lost problemen met apparatuur op.
• Je zorgt voor de kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en biologische integriteit van onze producten en de veiligheid van werknemers.
• Je controleert en volgt nauw de voortgang van de gewassen en treedt preventief op bij afwijkingen en optimaliseert de processen
• Je rapporteert aan de CEO en eigenaar.

• You determine the quantities of resources required (personnel, raw materials, etc.) and ensure timely and efficient procurement and compliance with budgets.
• You plan and supervise maintenance work and solve problems with equipment.
• You ensure the quality, food safety and biological integrity of our products and the safety of employees.
• You closely monitor and follow the progress of the crops and act preventively in case of deviations and optimize the processes.
• You report to the CEO and owner.
