Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking a Team Member to join our Stratford-upon-Avon shop. You will work across kitchen, front of house and delivery to create an efficient, welcoming environment and to wow customers with great Pret food.

You will focus on teamwork, service excellence, cleanliness and productivity, with training in Pret standards and the Hot Chef and Barista areas to support smooth shop operation. Join us as a role model, delivering high quality service and helping the team succeed.

Responsibilities

• To maintain good relationships with all of the shop’s team.
• To balance workload across the team by taking on jobs as needed.
• To work in any area FOH and Kitchen as requested by the manager (Hot Food, Coffee, etc).
• To help ensure the FOH, Kitchen and delivery business operates at its best.
• To have a solid understanding of Pret standards across all shop areas.
• To complete training in the Hot Chef and Barista areas as outlined in the TM training plan.
