Job summary

Pret A Manger in Market Harborough is hiring a Team Member to join our shop team. You will support both FOH and Kitchen areas, helping deliver fast, friendly service and great Pret food. Training covers the Pret standards, health & safety, and food hygiene to maintain top-quality service.

As part of everyday duties you will balance workload, maintain shop cleanliness, and ensure high till accuracy while keeping customers engaged and satisfied with an amazing experience.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and customer service oriented role.
• Compliance with Pret standards for food safety, cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with shop team and balance workload.
• Work FOH and Kitchen areas as needed by management.
• Ensure Pret standards in all areas including cleanliness and merchandising.
• Deliver fast, friendly service and accurate till handling.
• Complete Pret training including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
