Job summary

Pret Team Member or Team Member Star works in a Pret shop in the kitchen and front of house, creating an efficient and welcoming environment and delivering great quality Pret food to customers. Key focuses are teamwork, 6 key points of service, 6 key points of production, cleanliness and productivity.

You will maintain strong relationships with the shop team, balance workloads, and cover FOH and Kitchen as needed, while upholding Pret standards and completing training for Hot Chef and Barista

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with all shop staff.
• Balance workload by taking on jobs across team.
• Work in Front of House and Kitchen as requested by manager (Hot Food, Coffee, etc).
• Collaborate to ensure FOH, Kitchen and delivery business are the best they can be.
• Know Pret standards across all shop areas.
• Understand importance of Hot Chef and Barista roles and complete related training.
• Act as a role model within the shop team.
• Follow the 6 Key Points of Service to serve customers efficiently and warmly.
• Complete Food/Drink standards, maintain Langars, merchandising and seating areas.
• Adhere to kitchen health & safety and food safety standards and inform management of safety concerns.
