Job summary

Pret Cambridge Station Sq is seeking a Front Of House Leader to inspire teams, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold Pret’s high standards during busy shifts.

You will train and coach colleagues, own front-of-house operations, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. Roles available: Full-time and Part-time (20 hours) with early 5:00am to 2:00pm starts, offering strong training, progression opportunities, and a friendly, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to coach staff and maintain service standards.
• Ability to train new team members through internal programs.
• Strong customer service focus and teamwork.

We are seeking enthusiastic Leaders who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have the best experience in our shops.

As a Leader, you will support, train, and coach our teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards. Your leadership is crucial to the smooth running of each shift, as you take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside our Managers. You'll be the eyes and ears for front-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

We have the following positions available right now:

• Full-time - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 5:00am to 2:00pm
• Part Time (20 hours) - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 5:00am to 2:00pm
