Job summary

Pret a Manger in Cambridge is seeking a Front Of House Leader to supervise daily operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach and support teams, manage shifts, and ensure smooth front-of-house performance across all outlets.

You'll access Pret's Training Academy, grow professionally, and benefit from competitive pay (£13.70 per hour) plus staff food discounts and opportunities for progression. The role requires availability across early mornings to evenings, five days a week.

Your leadership is crucial to the smooth running of each shift, as you take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside our Managers. You'll be the eyes and ears for front-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

We have the following positions available right now:

• Full-time - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 6:0am to 7:00pm
  This job requires working in the kitchen as well. You are going to be trained as a kitchen staff so you may help when require .
