Job summary

Pret A Manger in Edinburgh is seeking a Team Member to join the shop team, contributing to efficient service and high-quality Pret food. You will help provide a welcoming environment and engage customers with the 6 Key Points of Service.

You will rotate across Front of House and Kitchen, align with Pret standards, and train in Hot Chef and Barista roles as outlined in the TM training plan. A strong team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Pret standards in service and operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work across Front of House and Kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with the shop team.
• Balance workload by taking on tasks across the team.
• Work in FOH and Kitchen as directed by the manager.
• Help ensure FOH, Kitchen and delivery operations are efficient.
• Follow Pret service and cleanliness standards.
• Complete training in Hot Chef and Barista areas.
• Model high performance as TM Star in the shop.
