Job summary

Regenda Group, via its M&Y Maintenance and Construction subsidiary, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner for field-based repairs across Lancashire. You'll complete repair and improvement work safely and efficiently, communicating with office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.

The ideal candidate will be NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (joinery preferred), hold a full UK driving licence, demonstrate strong teamwork and HS awareness, and have housing association experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Two trades minimum with one being joinery
• NVQ Level 2 in a core trade or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Awareness of relevant health & safety requirements
• Housing Association experience in repairs desirable

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and improvement work safely and efficiently
• Communicate with office staff, colleagues, managers and customers
• Provide support to colleagues as directed by manager
