Qualifications

• Experience as a Joiner in residential maintenance or voids.
• City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

• Carry out joinery, maintenance and refurbishment works in occupied and void properties.
• Ensure work is safe, efficient and to high standards.
