Job summary

Progress Housing Group in Leyland is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner to deliver reactive repairs, void reinstatement and planned maintenance across client properties. You will provide high-quality joinery services while maintaining safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Where required you will undertake related trade work to complete repairs efficiently and in one visit, communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders while following Building Regulations and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Recognised Trade Qualification (NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in multi-skilled work (plumbing, plastering, brickwork, tiling, painting).
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at work.
• Experience in dealing with people in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive repairs, void reinstatement and planned maintenance across client properties.
• Provide high-quality joinery services while maintaining safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Carry out related multi-skilled trade work to complete repairs efficiently, often in one visit.
• Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and stakeholders, treating homes with respect.
• Follow Building Regulations, Codes of Practice and Risk Assessments relevant to joinery.
