Job summary

Magenta Living is seeking a Joinery Operative to join our Responsive Repairs Team in the Wirral region. You will perform a wide range of joinery repairs in occupied homes, diagnose faults, and deliver maintenance work to high standards while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Joinery qualification or equivalent experience, be skilled as a multi-skilled operative, and possess a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised qualification in Joinery or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of responsive repairs and property maintenance.
• Experience as a multi-skilled operative undertaking range of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Undertake joinery repairs and maintenance within occupied properties.
• Diagnose faults and identify repair solutions.
• Deliver high-quality work with compliance to health and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with residents.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support the wider repairs service.
