Job summary

Admiral Slots is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run one of our venues in Gateshead. You will handle all admin and customer service duties and ensure the venue meets our high standards.

With a minimum 4 years in customer service and at least 2 years in a management role, you will lead staff, recruit, liaise with HR and Area Management, and drive business especially during peak times and tournaments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience coordinating with HR and Area Management.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Area Management to ensure KPI targets are met and the venue performs at its best.
• Recruiting for the venue and selecting suitable staff.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive business daily, especially during peak times and tournament days.
• Key holder duties including opening and closing the venue.
• Liaising with HR on personnel matters and policies.
• Complete probation and return-to-work meetings when required.
