Oasis Retail Services Limited in Newcastle is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy Adult Gaming Centre. You will supervise venue staff, work with the Venue Manager, and ensure all policies are followed while aligning with MERKUR Slots procedures.

The role requires 1+ year of supervision and cash handling experience, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Training is at Lisburn, with 38 hours per week on a rota including weekends and public holidays, at £14.16 per

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years’ staff supervision experience.
• Minimum of 1 years’ cash handling experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise venue staff and ensure smooth running of the branch.
• Assist the Venue Manager with weekly collections following company procedures.
• Maintain high housekeeping and cleaning standards of gaming equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and dress code.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to company policies.
