Job summary

Qualifications

• Management experience within retail, hospitality or gambling sector.
• Experience with management reporting and administration.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience with creating staff rotas.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Maximise venue sales through targeted marketing and promotions.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
• Control cash/assets and minimise loss in line with procedures.
