Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is hiring an experienced Heating and Ventilation Engineer in the United Kingdom. You will work with MVHR, MEV and PIV systems, interacting with customers, tenants and stakeholders as you service and repair ventilation equipment.

The role requires strong technical ability, a professional approach and excellent communication skills, with a typical Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule and a salary around £55,000 per year plus overtime, bonus, van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience with MVHR, MEV, and PIV ventilation systems.
• Ability to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Strong communication with customers, tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair MVHR, MEV and PIV ventilation systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Complete ventilation system deep cleans and filter replacements.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and control faults.
• Carry out ventilation unit replacements and system swap-outs.
• Upgrade obsolete components where required.
• Undertake airflow testing, system commissioning and performance testing.
• Ensure systems comply with Building Regulations and standards.
• Complete service reports, job sheets and compliance documentation.
• Produce detailed technical reports and assessments.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Heating and Ventilation Engineer to join our growing team. You will work with a range of systems, including MVHR, MEV and PIV, and will regularly deal directly with customers, clients, tenants and other stakeholders. We are therefore looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a professional approach and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair MVHR, MEV and PIV ventilation systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Complete ventilation system deep cleans and filter replacements.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and control faults.
• Carry out ventilation unit replacements and complete system swap-outs.
• Upgrade obsolete, faulty or failed components where required.
• Undertake airflow testing, system commissioning and performance testing.
• Ensure ventilation systems comply with relevant Building Regulations, standards and design specifications.
• Complete accurate service reports, job sheets and compliance documentation.
• Produce detailed technical reports and assessments where additional works are identified.
