Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Heating and Ventilation Engineer to join our growing team in the United Kingdom. You will install, service and repair MVHR, MEV and PIV ventilation systems, working with customers, clients and tenants with a professional approach.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with potential overtime and bonuses. A company van and fuel card are provided, and you will carry out preventative maintenance, diagnostics, airflow testing and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience with MVHR, MEV and PIV ventilation systems.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to perform maintenance and repairs across sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair MVHR, MEV and PIV ventilation systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Complete ventilation system deep cleans and filter replacements.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and control faults.
• Carry out ventilation unit replacements and complete system swap-outs.
• Upgrade obsolete, faulty or failed components where required.
• Undertake airflow testing, system commissioning and performance testing.
• Ensure ventilation systems comply with relevant Building Regulations, standards and design specifications.
• Complete accurate service reports, job sheets and compliance documentation.
• Produce detailed technical reports and assessments where additional works are identified.

About the Role:

You will work with a range of systems, including MVHR, MEV and PIV, and will regularly deal directly with customers, clients, tenants and other stakeholders. We are therefore looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a professional approach and excellent communication skills.
