Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Domestic Ventilation Engineer to join a growing renewable energy specialist serving residential and commercial sectors across London and the South East. The candidate will install, maintain and commission MVHR, MEV and PIV systems, perform fault finding and maintenance across multiple sites, and deliver accurate reports and assessments.

A relevant NVQ/qualification and a UK driving licence are required, with BPEC or F Gas qualifications highly

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with domestic MVHR, MEV and PIV systems.
• NVQ or equivalent in Ventilation or Plumbing is required.
• BPEC Domestic Ventilation or similar qualification is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• City and Guilds Level 2 F Gas qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair domestic ventilation systems across residential, commercial and educational properties.
• Carry out fault finding across MVHR, MEV and PIV systems.
• Perform commissioning, airflow testing and planned maintenance.
• Produce technical reports and job sheets for follow-on works.

Are you an experienced Domestic Ventilation Engineer looking to join a growing renewable energy specialist delivering projects across residential and commercial properties?

Do you have strong MVHR, MEV and PIV experience along with the relevant qualifications to install, maintain and commission ventilation systems?

A leading renewable energy company is looking for an experienced Domestic Ventilation Engineer to join their expanding team. Established in 1999, the business delivers renewable energy solutions across the commercial and social housing sectors, with a strong reputation for quality, client satisfaction and excellent service.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of ventilation projects, carrying out installation, planned maintenance, reactive repairs, deep cleans, fault finding and commissioning across MVHR, MEV and PIV systems. You will work across residential, commercial and educational environments with opportunities to develop and progress within the business.

The ideal candidate will have hands on domestic ventilation experience, strong technical knowledge and the ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical and control faults. You will also need excellent customer service skills, a professional approach and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

The person:

• Experienced Ventilation Engineer with domestic installation experience
• Strong experience with MVHR, MEV and PIV systems
• Relevant NVQ or technical qualification in Ventilation or Plumbing
• BPEC Domestic Ventilation or similar qualification highly desirable
• Full UK driving licence and City and Guilds Level 2 F Gas
