Job summary

Bytes is seeking a Vendor Alliances Operations Specialist to sit at the center of our Vendor Alliances function. You will ensure vendor opportunities are managed efficiently, accurately and compliantly, providing the operational foundation that enables our managers to focus on strategic growth.

You will deliver insight, governance and commercial support to strengthen vendor relationships and improve business performance across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured operational or partner-facing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage processes accurately.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining high‑quality data.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business insight.

Responsibilities

• Govern and execute deal registrations across key vendor partners.
• Improve accuracy and visibility of vendor opportunity data in CRM.
• Deliver reporting and insights to identify growth and risk.
• Support deal registration approvals through process management.
• Provide rebate tracking/reporting to maximize commercial returns.
• Enable Vendor Alliances Managers with operational support.
• Build trusted relationships with internal teams and vendor partners.
