Responsibilities

• Colleate KPI/SLA inputs and keep trackers/reporting up to date
• Triage vendor queries, escalate smartly, and track actions to closure
• Help Sales + Marketing align on vendor activity and go‑to‑market support

What we’re looking for

• Experience in admin / sales support / procurement / vendor support (or similar)
• Confidence juggling tasks and keeping great records
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
