Job summary

Big Motoring World in Warrington is seeking an organised administrator to manage end-to-end vehicle sale administration from point of sale to customer handover. You will ensure finance documents, payments, payouts, compliance, and vehicle readiness are completed accurately and on time.

You will work with Sales, Finance, and customers to coordinate handovers, fix delays, and provide a smooth, professional experience during the final stages of vehicle purchase. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, full UK licence (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service throughout purchase and handover.
• Manage all administrative aspects of vehicle deals from sale to handover.
• Ensure finance documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
• Process and support finance payouts, meeting all requirements.
• Take and manage customer payments, ensuring balances are cleared before collection.
• Send and track payment links to ensure payments are completed before handover.
• Complete and check all compliance paperwork and GDPR adherence.
• Liaise with sales and finance to ensure deals are ready for payout.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and maintain a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare vehicles and documentation ahead of collection.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems in real time.
