Job summary

Lloyd Land Rover in York is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Administrator to join our dealership operations. You will support the Sales Management and Finance teams, handling vehicle administration with accuracy and efficiency to ensure smooth customer journeys.

The role requires experience in vehicle or dealership administration, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment; training will be provided and a positive, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Vehicle or dealership administration experience is required.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Kerridge systems experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage key vehicle administration processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the Sales Management and Finance teams.
• Liaise across departments to ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA).
• Utilise Kerridge or other dealership software where required.
• Help maintain smooth customer journeys behind the scenes.
