Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a practical Vehicle Technician / Workshop Mechanic to join our technical crew in Warwick. You will be responsible for executing scheduled servicing, safety evaluations, pre-MOT health checks, and core mechanical maintenance across a wide variety of customer vehicles to high trade standards.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3, time-served experience, and a full UK driving licence with own hand tools.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance incentive
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Seeking a practical Vehicle Technician / Workshop Mechanic to join our technical crew. You will be responsible for executing scheduled servicing, safety evaluations, pre-MOT health checks, and core mechanical maintenance across a wide variety of customer vehicles to high trade standards.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served garage background).
• Time-served mechanic with solid practical experience across a diverse mix of vehicle makes and models.
• Valid DVSA MOT Tester Smart Card is preferred (offering higher starting pay potential), but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

• Base: Warwick Area (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategic position with rapid access via the M40 (Junction 15), A46, and A429, offering smooth daily commutes across Warwickshire.
