We are seeking a practical Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our tight-knit Coventry workshop. You will carry out routine servicing, safety evaluations, pre-MOT checks, and core mechanical maintenance across a wide range of customer vehicles to high trade standards.

NVQ/IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair and time-served experience are essential; a valid UK driving licence and your own hand tools are required. MOT Tester Smart Card is a plus.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent background).
• Time-served mechanic with solid practical experience across vehicle makes/models.
• DVSA MOT Tester Smart Card preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

• Core mechanical repairs including timing belt/chain renewals, clutch replacements, suspension overhauls, brake rebuilds.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team bonus incentive
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis
