You will handle complex engine component renewals, drivetrain overhauls, diagnostic fault isolation, and full-vehicle health checks across a diverse mix of prestige and daily cars, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a salary ladder to £45,000 DOE.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + quality craftsmanship bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (No mandatory weekend shifts)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Heavy Mechanical Specialist to join our technical crew. You will handle complex engine component renewals, drivetrain overhauls, diagnostic fault isolation, and full-vehicle health checks across a diverse mix of prestige and daily passenger cars.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served credential).
• Solid background in complex mechanical teardowns, engine maintenance, and systematic fault finding.
• Active DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester licence is an advantage for salary placement, but non-essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

• Base: Warwick Area (Free secure on-site parking)
