Job summary

Johnsons Cars is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician with an MOT License to join the team in Liverpool. The role offers uncapped bonus potential, paid overtime, and generous holiday entitlement as part of a supportive, high-performing workshop.

You will service, diagnose, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, while logging work accurately and maintaining safety in a busy dealership environment. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a main dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Completing repairs, replacing parts, and ensuring vehicles are road ready.
• Accurately recording all work completed in line with company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Working safely and professionally in line with health & safety standards.
• Identifying additional work through vehicle health checks (EVHC process).
