Hawk Hiring in Reading seeks a Vehicle Technician to join a state-of-the-art service facility. You will diagnose and repair using factory-level software and contribute to a professional, career-focused environment.

Role offers £30,000–£40,000 per year, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:30, 33 days holiday, car schemes, discounts, gym savings, cycle-to-work, on-site parking, and premium workwear. UK driving licence required; MOT tester preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds (or time-served equivalent) is required.
• Experience in fast-fit centre or repair shop is desired.
• F-Gas certification preferred or interest in obtaining it.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using factory-level tooling.
• Perform servicing and repairs from routine to complex components.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure safety-focused workmanship.
• Maintain digital job records and collaborate with senior technicians.
