Hawk Hiring in Maidenhead is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join an independent workshop. You will diagnose a wide range of faults, service vehicles, and prepare for MOTs, while maintaining precise digital records.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or City & Guilds) with proven workshop experience.
• F-Gas certification preferred or interest in obtaining it.
• Full UK driving licence required; MOT Tester licence preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults across various makes and models.
• Carry out routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and high-standard system repairs.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections and MOT preparation work.
• Maintain accurate digital job records and collaborate with service management.
