Reactive Permanent Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Pontypridd, Wales for Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics. You will service and repair a range of vehicles, diagnose faults, and work to brand standards with ongoing training.

The role offers a salary of 32,000–38,000 per year with a £6,000 annual bonus, overtime at 1.5x, a pension, 22 days holidays, and additional benefits. Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).
• Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road.
• Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes.
• Working to brand and safety standards at all times.
• Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems.
• Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training.

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are working with a reputable medium sized dealership group with sites across the region. Due to growth, they seek a number of Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics to join their busy team in Pontypridd, Wales.

Vehicle Technician/Mechanic package:

• Excellent basic salary of between £32-38,000 per annum (DOE)
