Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are recruiting a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic for a busy dealership group at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. The role offers a salary of £32,000–£38,000 DOE, plus a £6,000 annual bonus, with overtime paid at 1.5x.

Working Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays, you will receive full manufacturer training, 22 days plus bank holidays, a pension, cycle-to-work and various wellbeing perks at the Cribbs Causeway site.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).
• Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road.
• Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes.
• Working to brand and safety standards at all times.
• Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems.
• Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training.

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are working with a reputable medium sized dealership group with sites across the region. Due to growth, they seek a number of Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics to join their busy team in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.

Vehicle Technician/Mechanic package:

• Excellent basic salary of between £32-38,000 per annum (DOE)
