Reactive Permanent Recruitment are working with a reputable medium sized dealership group with sites across the region. They seek a number of Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics to join their busy team in Pontypridd, Wales.

Vehicle Technician/Mechanic Pontypridd role offers an excellent base salary with a bonus and overtime. You will receive full manufacturer training and a strong holiday package while working from their Pontypridd site in Wales.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).
• Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Main dealership experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road.
• Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes.
• Working to brand and safety standards at all times.
• Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems.
• Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training.

Role:

Vehicle Technician/Mechanic package:

• Excellent basic salary of between £32-38,000 per annum (DOE)
• Fantastic and very achievable bonus of £6,000 per annum (paid monthly)
