Job summary

Autotech-Recruit-Limited is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician in the Hampshire area. The role offers earnings potential up to £60,000 OTE plus a welcome bonus of up to £2,500, with extensive training and career progression in a modern workshop.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, strong diagnostic skills, and a full UK driving licence. The package includes extensive benefits and flexible working arrangements where applicable.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of vehicle safety standards and workshop procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently while meeting productivity targets.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostic work to a high standard.
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional repair requirements.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest equipment.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate workshop records and job documentation.
• Working closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control teams.
• Delivering excellent customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workshop culture.

The Role
