Job summary

Lookers Liverpool Vauxhall are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their workshop. You will perform vehicle health checks, services and repairs using the latest technology to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Hours are 40 per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm. A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) are required to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with a full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience as a mechanic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections and vehicle health checks.
• Perform vehicle servicing and repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Carry out checks on lights, tyres and mechanical/electrical components.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
• Support customers with service requests and ensure top quality customer service.
