Lookers Liverpool Vauxhall is recruiting a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join the workshop. You will carry out health checks, services, and repairs with modern diagnostic tools, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. The role offers career progression and manufacturer-accredited training, including EV training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self-motivated and able to support team, ambitious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles.
• Perform checks in line with manufacturers' guidelines.
• Fit additional accessories requested by the customer.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and report further work required.
• Carry out vehicle servicing per manufacturer guidelines and customer requests.
• Road test vehicles to ensure faults are rectified.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
