This opportunity offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, with OTE £60,000+, plus overtime enhanced rates. Enjoy Monday–Friday 8am–5pm work in a showno-nonsense main dealer environment with Saturday mornings rota. Training and progression are supported within a reputable dealer group.

Qualifications

• IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience working within a professional automotive service environment.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Knowledge of working in a busy main dealership environment is desirable.
• Eligible to work in the UK with a clean driving licence and minimum of 1 year’s driving experience.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high workshop standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct routine servicing and complex fault diagnostics.
• Complete repairs, component replacements, and thorough vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and targets.
• Advise customers on additional repairs or maintenance needs.
• Utilise the latest diagnostic tools and maintain accurate workshop records.
• Perform vehicle road tests and health checks for customers.
• Keep updated with technical information and product updates through ongoing training.
