Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Proven experience as Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• MOT licence desirable; full training can be provided.
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills, especially in EV/hybrid diagnostics.
• Ability to follow processes, safety regulations and workshop standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct servicing and repairs on vehicles to high quality and safety standards.
• Perform diagnostic checks and fault finding using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) according to company protocols.
• Support warranty work and ensure digital job cards are accurately completed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet workshop productivity targets.
• Support ongoing training and development, particularly in electric and hybrid vehicle technologies.
