Job summary

The Vehicle Technician role with Next Level Talent Group is based in a thriving dealership, offering hands-on diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across various makes and models.

You will perform engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, and electrical troubleshooting, document work accurately, and uphold safety standards while supporting parts ordering and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
• Level 3 qualified or Equivalent
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues and documenting work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify faults and issues.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, and electrical system troubleshooting.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs with precision.
• Test vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functioning before returning to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all work carried out on each vehicle.
• Assist in ordering parts and managing inventory to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations during all tasks, including heavy lifting procedures when handling large or heavy components.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair work clearly and professionally.
