Job summary

Logic 360 Ltd is recruiting a skilled Level 3 Vehicle Technician to service, maintain and repair a varied fleet of light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. You will work independently and as part of a close-knit team, ensuring high standards and professional workmanship across different brands, including Ford and Stellantis-group models.

You will hold NVQ/IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, have proven experience with up to 3.5 tonnes, and possess a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ/IMI Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• A committed, conscientious and professional approach, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Experience with light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
• Identify and report additional work required on customer vehicles.
• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure excellent customer communication.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and efficiency.
• Support apprentices and less experienced technicians when appropriate.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer training and technical knowledge.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30, plus alternate Saturday mornings 08:30-12:30
Salary: £39,000 basic, rising to over £40,000 shortly after start, plus bonus scheme - OTE £50,000-£55,000 for strong performers

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Level 3 Vehicle Technician, you'll carry out maintenance, servicing and repair work across a varied fleet of light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes, including Ford and Stellantis-group vehicles (Peugeot, Citroën, Vauxhall) alongside Mercedes, Toyota and Renault models. You'll be comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team, with a conscientious and professional approach to your work.

• Basic salary of £39,000, rising to over £40,000 shortly after joining
