Sinclair Group in Swansea is seeking a Multi-franchise Technician to diagnose, service and repair Skoda and SEAT/Cupra vehicles to exacting standards. You will perform road tests, document findings, and ensure parts are handled and stored properly.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to develop EV and hybrid technology knowledge.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and road tests.

Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostics, servicing and repairs to Skoda and SEAT/Cupra vehicles to high standards.
• Complete road tests and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle and store parts correctly and mentor apprentices when required.

Job Title: Multi-franchise Technician

As a Technician in our workshop, you’ll carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to Skoda and SEAT/Cupra exacting standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves performing at its best. You’ll complete road tests, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all parts are handled and stored correctly.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a high-performing team, communicates well, and is confident supporting and mentoring apprentices when required.

About you

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent BTEC, City & Guilds etc)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Confidence communicating technical information to colleagues and customers
• A commitment to ongoing training and development, including EV and hybrid technology
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and completing quality checks, including road tests
